i dont know why, but this year, i am really excited about christmas. maybe because we didnt really have a proper one last year because
cayden got sick and we spent christmas eve in hospital (in and out the entire holiday season!). or it could be because for the first time, i have accepted and embraced the fact that england is my home now. no escaping the cold, gloomy winter (which i USED TO hate - yeah, i dont mind now). plus, our family is truly complete, and hopefully, all healthy and well.
last sunday, i instructed tantan to gather up all our christmas paraphernalia because i want to decorate already. and come monday, we have put our tree up!

we placed the tree in our downstairs hallway. the lounge (where we used to put it up) is too crowded with all of the kids' toys plus, this way, the gate will stop the little one from plucking the very irrisistible baubles and trinkets! at least, we wont be stressed by constantly stopping kian from dismantling the tree =D. i just wish we could have finished redecorating the hallways (up and down) but tantan is super busy with work and school (it's been a year already since we started!). but that can wait.

i am also done with my christmas shopping. im just waiting for my last batch of orders to arrive before i start wrapping. i want everything complete first (oc-oc!). i am so excited!! i love wrapping gifts though i dont really have the expertise. but seriously, it's the thought that counts naman di ba? =D
oh wait... i realised another reason why im excited for christmas. it's because after christmas, it'll be february soon after! and that means, kian's first birthday, which means - HELLO FLORIDA!!!!
